Al-Key-Hole started playing guitar on his dad's acoustic after receiving Black Sabbath's album Paranoid from his mom at Christmas, 1970. He played local clubs after joining local punk band Jetset in 1984, which would eventually transition to the “experimental” band Happy The Clown in 1990. Years later, The Clown would play a party at Borders Bookstore in Cambridge, MA with Lucretia's Daggers. Since then, LD has included HTC in many of their shows, most recently at The Rockwell in Davis Square, Somerville, MA in October 2022.
